CREATIVE ARTS NORTH STAFFS (C.A.N.S) is a community arts organisation based in North Staffordshire, United Kingdom. We collaborate with a wide variety of local groups, from community centres to schools, crime reduction charities to City Councils. We actively encourage the use of artistic activities to support community development and improve the quality of life of its members.

We often work in areas where there are social, cultural or environmental issues to be addressed and have many years experience of working with young people. We can provide a high quality consultation with our participants. We often assist Youth Services in project work in such categories as race, gender, disability, health and the environment, and are highly experienced in working with the following groups: young people from disadvantaged backgrounds; young offenders; mental health user groups; ethnic minorities; the elderly; substance misusers; people with disabilities.
